1. Audio + Video charges per song: Rs.800/- Per Song. (If you want to record for your own YOUTUBE (personal ) channel, then its charge will be 2500 per song with video) 2. By any means (because of copyright or unsatisfied performance) if your video is not uploaded on Aalaap's Youtube channel, you will handed over the raw file of your recording, amount will not be refunded. 3. Copyright for all the videos will be with Aalaap Music Academy, if your are found uploading your videos without permission on your personal channel, then that video will be disqualified from the contest, plus you will be given a Youtube strike as well. And by doing so you will be blacklisted/ barred from participating in any kind of program organised by Aalaap Music Academy- Varanasi. 4. If any participant is found using any kind of unfair means for increasing the views of the videos, then you are solely responsible for your disqualification. 5. All the decisions taken by the academy is final and non-negotiable.
