Classes Within 30 Days: Complete classes within 30 days from admission.

Class Timings: Decided at admission. Academy may adjust if needed.

Fee & Hold Policy: 3-day payment window. Late fee: ₹200.

Fee Changes: May occur after 3 months or on course switch.

Holidays: Closed on festivals. No makeup classes.

Instruments: Free 1st month. ₹300/month maintenance after.

Refund: ₹500/class deducted. Remaining refunded (excl. reg fee).

Rescheduling: Cancelled classes rescheduled at convenient time.

Discipline: Admission cancellation for serious misconduct.

Parents: Monitor attendance. Monthly visit appreciated.

Certificate: Professional course enrollment after 6 months.

Discontinue: Inform via WhatsApp anytime.

No Guardians: Not allowed inside classroom during sessions.

CCTV: Recorded for safety. Footage available 48 hours.

WhatsApp Verification: You must register with your own active WhatsApp number only. If your number is not a valid WhatsApp number or fails verification, your account will be blocked immediately. Only one registration per WhatsApp number is allowed.

Gullak Data on Discontinuation: If a student discontinues the academy, all their Gullak data/rewards and records will be permanently deleted after 15 days and cannot be recovered.

Live Online Classes: All classes are conducted live via video call. Class links are shared on your registered WhatsApp number before each session.

Class Timings: A fixed weekly slot is decided at admission. The academy may adjust timings when required, with prior notice.

Internet & Equipment: Students are responsible for their own stable internet connection, device, and their instrument. The academy is not liable for missed classes due to connectivity issues at the student's end.

Fee & Payment: Fees must be paid in advance before the start of each cycle. A 3-day payment window applies; a late fee of ₹200 may be charged thereafter.

Fee Changes: Fees may be revised after 3 months or when switching courses.

Attendance: Please join the call on time. Classes missed without prior intimation will be treated as attended and will not be rescheduled.

Rescheduling: If you inform the academy in advance, a missed class may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time, subject to availability.

Holidays: Classes remain closed on declared festivals and academy holidays. No makeup classes for these days.

Refund: ₹500 per completed class is deducted; the remaining balance (excluding registration fee) is refundable on discontinuation.

Certificate: Eligibility for a Professional course certificate begins after 6 months of regular enrollment.

Discontinue: You may discontinue anytime by informing the academy via WhatsApp.

Recording & Privacy: Classes may be recorded by the academy for quality and safety purposes. Students must not record, screen-capture, or share any class session, study material, or class link with others.

Conduct: Students must join with a suitable name and maintain discipline during sessions. Misuse of the class link or misconduct may lead to cancellation of admission.
